20 years of
Experience

Hiltek was established in 2012.
This brilliant idea was the brainchild of a Norwegian/English couple Ingvild Teksum and Craig Hill, who have been a part of Spanish community for the past twenty years. Ingvild is a licensed real estate agent API and Craig is a master builder in construction. The two love creative yet welcoming spaces and can’t wait to create one for you too.

the dream team

Ingvild started property sales with Remax as a motivated, eager to learn youngster in 2006. As her experience grew, her boundaries did too. She had since sold properties with the renowned Lundquist & Nielsen / Dinbolig.com for a decade more. As she found herself committed to finding people better spaces, Ingvild branched out on her own with Hiltek Properties.

Craig Hills is a master builder and contractor from England. He is the powerhouse successfully running Hiltek keyholding and building side of the business for two decades now. His expertise and vast knowledge about quality material, finish, planning and budgets have earned trust of many of our clients.
